So far my May goals are winning!
I got in my 5k run today and I did my plank.
I am also writing a blog post!
I did not go to bed on time because I was awaiting some exciting news about a new baby in the family, and now that he has come I can go to sleep a happy auntie!
I have a few other posts I am working on with some more fun info!
Looking forward to a longer run tomorrow & I will be officially deciding if I am running another half in 5.5 weeks!

This week brought a lot of showers in my life. It has not been easy, but I am thankful for all those around me who have been so supportive with love, hugs, and prayers.
With all the showers in life, there are always rainbows and flowers too.
This week I also received some really great news!
I am now officially an ambassador for Girls Gone Sporty and Energy Bits!! I am really excited about these wonderful opportunities and grateful these companies see that I would be an asset to their brand!!! So THANK YOU Girls Gone Sporty and Energy Bits!!!!

I have been slacking on my goals the last few weeks, so I decided to put them out here to get some accountability and encouragement!
One of my goals for running has to hit 100 miles in a month. This month I am going to run a 5k (or more depending on my training schedule) a day! I am really excited about this and I really hope I am able to reach this goal
I also am going to join the plank-a-day challenge! I do planks in some of my workout classes, but it is an area I seek improvement in. I will be posting my daily times on instagram.
To run 3 more races. I am up to 13 races in my quest to run 33 in 2014!
TO GET MORE SLEEP! This has certainly been the most challenging part of my healthy lifestyle lately. Insomnia has gotten the best of me and I really need to refocus on getting proper sleep and not just letting the insomnia.
To blog more. I have so many ideas about posts yet most of them stay in my mind. So here is to blogging at least 15 times in May!
