The Fitness Games App Review

Well hello friends, and welcome to October!  One of my favorite months!!!
This post is coming much later in the day than normal! My training schedule has been HARD this week, so getting everything in has been a little more involved than usual 😉

Thanks to my partnership with Fit Approach, I was given the chance to review a new fitness app called The Fitness Games!  It is an app that works for both iphones and android phones!

I was really excited to try something new in the way of fitness.  I am normally a gym lover, and at the gym, a class lover!  I have tried other apps, but they didn’t give the same workout as The Fitness Games app.

TFG offers a complete workout with strength, cardio, full body, and cross training.

Once you select the category, you can choose one of the many different workouts and who you want to challenge, yourself, a friend, someone near your, or someone worldwide.  I really loved was that I could challenge myself or others with different workouts!  I have other fellow Sweat Pink Ambassadors who I am friends with in the app and I can challenge them to any of the different workouts.

Each workout has subcategories so there really is a workout that would be applicable for most people.
The workouts that include sets or circuit workouts also include pictures and/or videos of someone doing each exercise.  I have really enjoyed that feature as I was not familiar with all of the different exercises they had in each challenge.

This app is really great for people who may not have a gym membership, or for people who may travel away from their home gym.  It gives a wide variety of workouts so you don’t get bored.
The app also saves and stores the information from the workouts you complete, so you can revisit them and challenge yourself or someone else again.  This is a great feature for competitive people like myself  🙂

The app also promotes taking sweaty selfies and videos!  Great self motivator!

There are honestly many other features about the app that I am still working on learning!  Overall it is a great app, and I can not wait to use it more to challenge myself and my fellow SPAs!!!

Disclosure statement: This post was sponsored by The Fitness Games through my partnership with Fit Approach as a Sweat Pink Ambassador. I was not compensated monetarily, but was provided the Platinum Version of the application for review.  As always, all opinions are my own

Do you have a fitness app that you enjoy using?

Have a sweaty day!

I think it definitely took me a while to figure parts of it out- it is involved for sure! I do love that it provides all you would need to work out away from home or a gym though!
