Workout Wednesday!

Another week has come and gone!  And it was packed with many hours of fun filled workouts!  The weather has been rather gorgeous here the past few days, and I have taken full advantage of it!!

Here is a recap of what I planned to do for this past week:
Thursday: Body pump & 2 miles
Friday: Piyo and maybe 3 miles
Saturday: Body Pump and a bike ride
Sunday: REST
Monday: Body pump & volleyball
Tuesday: 2-3 mile run & zumba
Wednesday: Body pump and 3-4 mile run

And here is what happened
Thursday
Friday: Piyo (received a really nice compliment from another member of the class that I am really flexible and on point with the movements.  It was very kind and unexpected as I feel like I am about to fall on my face half the time!)
Saturday: No workout due to family time and a funeral
Sunday: Walk and stretching
Monday: Body pump & volleyball

  Tuesday: 2 mi run (pushing the twins in a jogging stroller & zumba

  
Wednesday: Body pump, 5.25 mile bike ride and Zumba!   

Goals for this next week:
Thursday: 3-4 mile run
Friday: Rest (might switch with Thursday)
Saturday: Long walk and stretches
Sunday: 2-3 miles walk/run
Monday: Body pump & volleyball
Tuesday: 2-3 mile run & zumba
Wednesday: Body pump and 3-4 mile run
