Whew, this past week was a little nutty, mixed with a lot of rain! I know that spring is just around the corner, but man, that was a LOT of rain! It was not all bad since it did help clear away a lot of the pollen that my body was not happy about, but I was sad to see many friends and strangers dealing with flooding 😦
It was raining so much that I even did the school car line…and I am NOT a fan of car line. It always seems to take so long, and I just don’t really have time for that…but on Wednesday, I really just didn’t feel like getting pelted with rain while helping the littles get to the car. I am pretty sure the entire school was in car line vs the normal 50/50 split! I even arrived early and it was so backed up!
Other than the rain it was a pretty fun week. Made some yummy stuffed peppers.
One of my bosses had a birthday, so we had fun making some treats and a healthy birthday meal!

I got in a few great workouts, and even tried my yoga & piyo classes with some yoga socks. I sweat a lot and I was hoping these would help me not slip…they had a good grip on the bottom, but they slipped on my feet…so back to the drawing board with finding ways to not slip while doing my mat classes.
The rest of the weekend included no rain, essential oil blend making, a nice walk with the baby I was watching and some more roasted veggies!
So good reminders I need to keep in the front of my thoughts and deep in my heart!
