My fellow Sweat Pink Ambassador Kathy has set up this awesome campaign for the month of November that shifts the focus on things we are PROUD of in ourselves. I know for me, this is not always easy, but also very important! To embrace the great things about who I am, and not just focus on my flaws!
Kathy wrote a great post about WHY she started this campaign!!! I know it got me thinking about all the negative things I say about myself to myself and others, and how I need to change that!
